Privacy notice
What this site does with your information, in plain English.
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This site is run by Big Whale Analytics Corp. ("Big Whale Analytics", "we"). Questions about this notice: [email protected].
What this site does not do
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. The only scripts are a small navigation script, the contact form handler and the home-page animation, all running in your browser. The fonts are served from this site itself, so no third party receives a request when a page loads.
Contact form
If you use the form on the contact page, we receive what you type: your name, company (optional), email, project type, current stack, timeline and brief. The form is handled by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which receives your submission, stores it and emails it to us. It also records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the time, and uses spam-prevention services to check submissions. Its servers may be outside your country. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to scope possible work. We keep form enquiries for 12 months. Web3Forms may keep its own copy under its own retention policy.
If you email [email protected], the message is received and stored by Zoho Mail, which hosts our inbox. We keep correspondence for 12 months, or longer if we work together.
Booking a call
Calls are arranged by email for now. If an online booking tool is added later, this notice will be updated to describe it.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site, and keeps server logs. We do not use those logs to identify visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It goes only to the providers named above, which handle it on our behalf, or where we are legally required to share it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date above will change with it.
